Leg tension and tightness is a common complaint as people increase their training load and also after weekend competition. Using a foam roller can be amazing to help manage this, so that it doesn’t lead to a bigger problem!

Briars Sports Physio Affiliation in 2025
Briars Sports is proud to announce that it has extended its partnership with Total Body Physio/Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre in 2025 to all registered Briars Sports Players, to help manage injuries and make sure our players can get back on the pitch quickly and safely.
How does it work?
This partnership entitles all registered sports members of Briars Sports to 6 physiotherapy sessions heavily subsidised by Briars Sports Club.
Simply use your private health insurance rebate and Briars Sports will cover the rest – ie you will get 6 sessions absolutely free!
Or
If you don’t have private health cover then you pay only 50% of the already discounted consult fee and Briars Sports covers the remainder for 6 sessions
