Mitchell Baker is a Physiotherapist with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and performance-based return to activity.
He holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney and uses an evidence-based approach that integrates progressive exercise rehabilitation, movement retraining, and hands-on treatment, with a strong emphasis on patient education.
Mitchell has a particular interest in gym-based and lower limb injuries, including knee, hip, and tendon conditions commonly seen in active and sporting populations. He works with both recreational and competitive athletes and also treats general musculoskeletal conditions. He delivers Clinical Pilates in one-on-one and small group settings to improve movement control, strength, and load tolerance as part of a structured rehabilitation pathway.
As a competitive weightlifter, Mitchell brings practical experience with high training loads and movement efficiency, allowing him to link rehabilitation with real-world training demands.
Mitchell is passionate about helping clients return to confident, pain-free movement and improved physical performance. His clinical approach is structured, progressive, and focused on building long-term resilience.
Mitchell is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and continues to undertake ongoing professional development in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
