Adrian is a titled APA Sports and Exercise physiotherapist who studied a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Master of Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. This extensive study has equipped him with advanced knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. He is a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals recover from and perform following injury. Adrian was awarded with The Wendy Braybon Latrobe Sports and Exercise Medicine Research Centre Prize at Latrobe University for his outstanding academic achievement in Sports Physiotherapy.
Adrian has over 10 years of experience including working at the highest levels of professional and semi-professional sport, currently fulfilling the role of physiotherapist for GIANTS Netball and GWS GIANTS AFLW. His extensive experience in elite sport allows him to provide high quality care and rehabilitation, helping patients return to their peak performance while preventing future injuries.
Adrian’s areas of special interest include ACL rehabilitation, recurrent muscle strain injuries and the management of chronic tendinopathy. He is committed to using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs. Whether recovering from a serious injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to improve performance, Adrian takes pride in guiding the individuals he works with through every step of their rehabilitation journey.
Adrian is passionate about providing comprehensive care that combines hands-on treatment with education and injury prevention strategies, ensuring that patients not only recover but also enhance their overall strength, mobility and power. Outside the clinic and his sports physiotherapy roles, Adrian enjoys training and the gym, going out for a nice Italian dinner and spending time at the beach with his wife and two boys.
