Isabelle completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with First Class Honours at the University of Notre Dame, Western Australia, following a Bachelor of Sports Science. With a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation, she is passionate about helping individuals move with confidence and strength through personalised, evidence-based care.
Isabelle has experience in both acute and sub-acute post-operative care, having worked at Royal Perth Hospital in Western Australia. She brings valuable knowledge in orthopaedic surgery, neurological rehabilitation, and women’s health, which she combines with her broader musculoskeletal expertise to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care.
With over a decade of experience in gymnastics as both a competitor and a coach, Isabelle has developed a deep understanding of strength, flexibility, and movement control. She integrates tailored Pilates programs and functional rehabilitation techniques to help clients move efficiently, recover effectively, and return to the activities they love.
Originally from Perth and now based in Sydney, Isabelle enjoys exploring New South Wales in her spare time. Outside the clinic, she leads an active lifestyle that includes running, practicing Pilates, joining spin classes, and spending time with new friends.
