Lauren is a physiotherapist with a strong passion for sports and musculoskeletal care, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine lived experience as a competitive athlete to every patient she sees. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University, and built the foundations of her clinical care at Westmead Hospital gaining experience across rehabilitation, post-operative, and neurological settings giving her a thorough and considered approach to complex patient care.
Lauren has a particular interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal complaints such as back, neck and shoulder issues. She has worked directly with athletes across a range of high-performance environments, including the Eels Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership team, Oakhill College, Dural Rugby, and Briars Rugby. With a personal background competing in netball, dance, soccer, National-level athletics, and rugby across 7s, 15s, as well as Rugby League, she brings genuine first-hand insight into the physical and psychological demands of injury and recovery, helping her connect meaningfully with patients throughout their rehabilitation.
Lauren takes a holistic, individualised approach, combining manual therapy with tailored exercise prescription to ensure each patient receives a program designed around their specific goals, lifestyle, and sport. She emphasises patient education and integrates Pilates-based principles to build strength, control, and movement quality — with a focus not only on treating injuries but preventing their recurrence and supporting long-term performance.
Outside the clinic, Lauren stays active across a range of sports particularly Rugby League, gym based strength training and Pilates, and remains closely connected to the athletic community. This commitment to movement and sport drives her dedication to helping others recover, perform, and stay at their best.
