Sarah completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University and has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She is passionate about helping people recover from injury, build strength, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy through personalised, evidence-based care.
Sarah has experience as a Sports Trainer across a range of sporting codes, including netball, soccer, and AFL. This has developed her particular interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of sporting injuries and helping athletes progress from injury through to a safe return to sport.
Sarah is also trained in Reformer Pilates and incorporates Clinical Pilates into physiotherapy rehabilitation to improve strength, mobility, movement control, and overall physical function. She particularly enjoys using both hands on therapy and incorporating Clinical Pilates with patients experiencing back pain, as well as those managing degenerative changes in the knee and hip. Sarah runs both one-on-one and small group Clinical Pilates sessions, tailoring exercises to each individual’s needs and rehabilitation goals.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys staying active through Pilates, netball and HYROX classes.
